Borno State Governor, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum, has inaugurated the boards of three key healthcare institutions in the state.


The inauguration ceremony took place at the Borno State Government House, Maiduguri, where the governor formally established the boards to oversee the operations of these vital healthcare providers.


The Kashim Ibrahim Teaching Hospital Board was inaugurated with Prof. Ahmed Ahidjo as its chairman.


The Primary Healthcare Management Board was also inaugurated, with Hajiya Yagana Alkali appointed as its chairperson.


This board will play a crucial role in overseeing primary healthcare services across the state.


While the Hospital Management Board was inaugurated, with Dr. Joseph Jatau at its helm.


This board will be responsible for managing the state's hospitals, ensuring they provide quality healthcare services to the people of Borno State.


On behalf of the inaugurated boards, Prof. Ahidjo expressed gratitude to the governor and assured him of their commitment to delivering the required results.
