Borno State Governor, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum, has decorated his Aide-De-Camp (ADC), Ashigar Baba Kulbu, with his new rank of Superintendent of Police (SP).
The decoration ceremony, held at the Government House in Maiduguri, followed Ashigar's recent promotion within the Nigeria Police Force on Monday.
The governor, assisted by Commissioner of Police Lawal Muhammad Yusufu, officiated the brief ceremony.
He congratulated Ashigar on his well-deserved promotion and wished him continued success in his career.
Ashigar's advancement through the ranks underscores his hard work, dedication, and loyalty.
He joined the Nigeria Police in 2016 as an Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) II, subsequently being promoted to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) before achieving his current rank of Superintendent of Police (SP) in 2025.
