Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum, Governor of Borno, has named two new commissioners.
They are Umar Faruk Dalorima and Isa Ali Haladu, according to YEN.NG.
They are expected to fill the gaps created by the passing of Late Ahmed Ali and Late Ibrahim Idris, who passed away while in office.
The two ministries are of finance and rehabilitation, reconstruction and resettlement.
