The Borno State All Progressives Congress stakeholders have appealed to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to continue oil exploration in the NorthEast region, particularly at Kolmani and the shores of Lake Chad.
This appeal was part of a communique issued after their meeting held on April 13, 2025, at the Government House in Maiduguri.
The stakeholders emphasized the need for the president to invest in road infrastructure in the NorthEast region, believing it will enhance security and prosperity.
They also called on the president to continue supporting programs that promote development and security in Borno State.
These key resolutions include continuing oil exploration in the NorthEast region to boost economic growth, investing in road infrastructure to improve security and prosperity, and supporting development programs in Borno State.
By implementing these initiatives, the stakeholders believe the region will experience significant development.
The APC stakeholders expressed loyalty and support for President Tinubu's administration, endorsing the Renewed Hope Agenda.
They commended Vice President Kashim Shettima's commitment and urged the president to retain him for a second term.
