With a heart full of joy and happiness, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to you on this pivotal occasion of June 12 National Democracy Day, which also marks six momentous years of your unmatched leadership as the Executive Governor of Borno State.

As the Honourable Commissioner of Information and Internal Security, I have had the privilege of witnessing firsthand your unwavering commitment to the security and well-being of our people. Your immense contributions to our state's security sector have been truly transformative. Your administration's support for both military and paramilitary agencies, as well as, the CJTF has been unrelenting. The provision of vehicles and motorcycles to the CJTF and other security agencies has greatly enhanced their operational capacity.

Your personal touch and empathy towards the families of our fallen heroes have brought a shining light into the homes of the deceased families. Your visits and support to these families have demonstrated your deep recognition of their sacrifices. In addition, your brave personal tours to affected regions, despite the risks, have sent a strong message of unity and reassurance to our people.

As you mark this historical achievement, I join the good people of Borno State in expressing our heartfelt appreciation for your selfless service and leadership.

Please accept my deepest congratulations, and I wish you unstoppable success and wisdom as you drive our state towards greater peace, prosperity, and development.
