Borno State Governor, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum has approved the appointment of chairman and members of Borno State Guidance and Counseling Board.

Bukar Tijjani, secretary to the state government announced the appointments in a statement issued on Monday.

According to him, Alhaji Abba Lawan Ashigashiya will serve as chairman while Shettima Bukar, Gadau Ali and Mohammed Yusuf Habib would serve as members.

The SSG urged the newly appointees to pursue the mandate of the guidance and the counselling agency.

Gov. Zulum congratulated the appointees, expressing confidence in their ability to advance the mandate of the agency and contribute to the overall progress of the state.
