Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum, Governor of Borno has reappointed Engr. Adam Bukar Bababe as the Executive Secretary of Borno State Geographic Information Service (BOGIS).
This was disclosed on Monday by Dauda Illiya, the governor's spokesman.
According to him, the reapppintment was following Bababe's excellent performamce and transformation leadership in the agency within the five years of his first tenure.
The governor said under Bababe's leadership, BOGIS has achieved significant milestones, including the automation of land title documents and the processing of over 2,500 Certificates of Occupancy, all signed by Gov.Zulum.
He expressed his satisfaction with Engr. Bababe's contributions, stating that he has approved the renewal of his appointment as recommended.
The governor also congratulated Engr. Bababe on his reappointment, urging him to build upon the achievements of his first term and continue advancing the goals of the agency.
'I task him to build upon the gains made and consolidate on the laudable achievements during his first tenure,' Zulum said.
