Thinklab Group Limited and NMA Properties Management Limited, acting on behalf of the Abuja National Mosque Management Board, have signed a joint venture agreement to develop the Abuja Marina Towers.
The signing ceremony, held at the National Mosque Conference Room on Thursday, marks a pivotal moment for the Federal Capital Territory’s real estate landscape.
The Abuja Marina Towers is a 10-tower, 8-storey-per-block development strategically located at Plot 99, Cadastral Zone A0, along Samuel Ademulegun Avenue.
The project will feature premium commercial and residential spaces, blending modern architecture with spiritual and cultural sensitivity.
It is nestled behind the Abuja Inter Continental Hotel and adjacent to a tranquil river stream, next to the iconic Abuja National Mosque.
This landmark project is a result of the partnership between Thinklab Group and Abuja National Mosque Management Board, which aims to bring the project to life.
The development will combine modern architecture with Islamic values, reflecting the synergy between modernity and tradition, innovation and faith, ambition and responsibility.
According to Dr. Sa’id Alkali Kori, Chairman of Thinklab Group, 'This project is more than infrastructure—it is our contribution to a legacy, to the city, and to faith-conscious urban development.'
While in his remarks, Ustaz Abubakar Sadeeq Muhammad, representative of the Abuja National Mosque, commended Thinklab Group’s integrity, vision, and professionalism, highlighting their attention to quality and alignment with Islamic principles.
With the agreement finalized, construction activities are set to commence, paving the way for a project that will symbolize progress through purposeful public-private collaboration.
The Abuja Marina Towers is poised to become a defining icon in Abuja’s urban landscape.
