Professor Halima Idrisa Gambo, a distinguished board member of Lake Chad Times Newspaper, has been conferred with the esteemed rank of Professor of Veterinary Pathology by the Senate of the University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID).

This confirmation, which took place on Wednesday marked a significant milestone in her illustrious academic career.

With over two decades of dedication to teaching, research, mentorship, and community service, Prof. Gambo has risen through the ranks since joining UNIMAID in 2004 as an Assistant Lecturer.
