Hon. Adam Isa Badamasi, popularly known as Adam Jere and aspirant for the House of Representatives seat representing Jere Federal Constituency, has donated N1 million and 100 wrappers to the Northern Christian Women, Jere Chapter.
The donation was presented on Tuesday in Maiduguri as part of his ongoing outreach to support women and promote unity in the constituency.
Speaking during the presentation, Adam Jere said women remain among the most vulnerable groups in society, making their support critical.
He called for unity across Jere Federal Constituency and assured the women of continued assistance.
He added that women empowerment through various programmes forms a key part of his plan for the constituency if elected into the Green Chamber.
In response, the Northern Christian Women expressed appreciation for the gesture and commended his leadership qualities.
The group pledged its full support and solidarity for Adam Jere, declaring him their preferred candidate for the House of Representatives seat in Jere Federal Constituency.
